Yes, Accevo’s team proposes the most suitable hardware for the given project. We provide comprehensive implementation: we configure, deliver and install all necessary wiring and devices along with our software.  

Accevo solutions provides our customers with the platform in a private, public, or hybrid cloud architecture. Legacy on-premises solutions are also available if the project demands domestic infrastructure due to its specification.  

Yes, Accevo integrates Accevo Smart Factory software with most systems available on the market (SAP, MS Navsion, Oracle, Infor etc.) 

Yes, our experts are ready to share their experience and knowledge. Since 2006 we’ve been developing best practices to help solve industrial problems out.

Accevo supplies an 80% ready-to-work system. 20% is customizable to the customer’s case.   

Our dedicated team is ready to connect with old and new machines on the production line. If PLC drivers are not available, we can duplicate existing signals or add sensors to get digital outputs.   

In order to start the digitalization journey, Accevo experts have to visit your factory, perform a production health check to discuss business goals and create a solution concept. The whole journey starts with an initial online meeting where we discuss the system, current situation, and the next steps.   

Usually, it takes up to 3-6 months to implement the system and see the first positive results.  

Accevo provides a Project Manager/customer success manager who will help your company prior to and after roll-out by prioritizing issues, controlling tasks, and streamlining the communication between companies.  Our experts train you on how to use your system to optimize production. We coach and consult to guide you with the best practices from other industries.   

Accevo’s implementation team visits your factory to implement the solution and ensure that all standards are met, and settings are set up correctly prior to system startup.

Yes, dedicated PM is responsible for the proper course of the project, in the context of delivering the agreed functionalities, monitoring the schedule and costs, and responding to situations arising during implementation. 

Yes, in some cases it may be considered to start with the pilot implementation, which helps the client to get some experience and knowledge about Accevo Factory System capabilities. 

Yes, if the project covers high number of production lines or workcenters or it includes many functionalities (i.e. MES, APS, EMS…) the implementation may be divided in phases. 

Yes, we offer a post installation service with three levels of Service Level Agreement. The service is tailored based on the required response time and availability (for example, 24/7 or 8/5). 

The system is accessible via a web browser. Users log in using their credentials. Depending on their permissions, they are granted access to specific resources and windows.
