Apator S.A., a leading manufacturer of metering equipment and industrial automation solutions, has successfully implemented the Accevo Smart Factory system at its production facility in Ostaszewo, near Toruń, Poland. The project was delivered by Accevo, a software company specialising in production and factory digitalisation.
The cooperation between Apator and Accevo began with a comprehensive consulting phase, during which a detailed vision and concept for the system were developed. This strategic groundwork allowed for a smooth integration of Accevo’s solution with both the automation layer and Infor LN ERP system already in place at Apator.
The implementation covered two major areas:

- an Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system
The MES system introduced by Accevo enables Apator to monitor and control critical elements of the production process, including:

- full traceability

- quality control
The APS system, on the other hand, supports advanced production planning, helping to optimise manufacturing schedules and increase overall efficiency.
